Welcome to the Infinite Learning Press Sponsorship Program.
Our goal is to make quality financial literacy education accessible to every student, regardless of budget or zip code. These terms outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities of all sponsorship participants — including parents, educators, community sponsors, and corporate partners.

1. Overview

The Infinite Learning Press Sponsorship Program allows individuals and organizations to sponsor K–12 classrooms and schools by contributing toward the cost of curriculum materials. Each $1 sponsorship represents one fully funded student seat in our financial literacy program.

All sponsorships are processed through secure third-party payment systems and directly fund the delivery of curriculum materials to verified schools and districts.

2. Who Can Sponsor

We welcome four main sponsor groups:

Parents & Families: Sponsor your child’s classroom or any school in your community.

Educator Sponsors: Teachers and administrators may sponsor additional student materials or partner classrooms.

Community Sponsors: Local leaders, small businesses, and civic organizations supporting financial education.

Corporate Sponsors: Larger organizations or foundations funding full-school or district-level initiatives.

3. Use of Sponsorship Funds

100% of sponsorship proceeds are allocated to the distribution of Infinite Learning Press curriculum materials, teacher guides, and classroom support tools.

No portion of sponsorships is considered a charitable donation; this is a product-based educational sponsorship.

Infinite Learning Press does not issue tax-deductible receipts under 501(c)(3) status.

4. Delivery of Sponsored Materials

Once sponsorship thresholds are met for a classroom, school, or district, Infinite Learning Press ships or provides secure access to the curriculum materials.
Sponsorships are linked to verified education entities through official records and district-approved vendor lists.

If a selected school declines or delays participation, the sponsorship may be:

Redirected to a school in the same district, or

Held for 60 days pending approval before reallocation.

5. NFT Sponsorship Model (Available Dec. 2025)

Infinite Learning Press will offer an optional NFT-based sponsorship token as a digital representation of impact.
These tokens are symbolic recognitions of participation, not financial assets or securities, and may include digital artwork, classroom certificates, or progress milestones.

NFTs are not investment instruments and hold no monetary or resale value.

Sponsors may receive a collectible NFT as proof of sponsorship and engagement.

NFTs will be distributed through verified blockchain networks compliant with U.S. educational privacy standards.

Participation in the NFT recognition program is entirely optional and will never replace the delivery of curriculum sponsorships to schools.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

Because each sponsorship immediately contributes to the production and distribution process, sponsorships are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made for duplicate transactions or processing errors.

7. Data Privacy & Protection

We comply with FERPA and COPPA standards.
We do not collect or store any student-identifiable data.
Sponsor contact information is used only for transaction confirmation and communication about sponsored programs.

8. Transparency & Reporting

Sponsors may request verification updates confirming:

The school or district receiving materials.

Total students served.

Program impact data, where available.

Annual summary reports may also be provided to corporate and community partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infinite Learning Press shall not be liable for delays in distribution caused by school approval processes, postal issues, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
All curriculum materials are delivered as described, and sponsorship does not constitute an endorsement by any third-party institution.
