All curriculum modules, lesson plans, teacher guides, parent letters, visuals, and related materials published by Infinite Learning Press are protected under U.S. and international copyright law. Unless otherwise noted, Infinite Learning Press retains full ownership of all proprietary materials, trademarks, and content.
 

Permitted Uses 

Educators, schools, and districts purchasing Infinite Learning Press materials are granted a non-transferable license to use the resources for classroom instruction only. This includes:

Printing materials for in-class use.

Sharing copies internally among teachers within the same school.

Displaying lessons for instructional purposes.

No material may be reproduced, resold, or distributed publicly without written authorization.
 

Restricted Uses

The following actions are not permitted without prior written consent:

Republishing or rebranding Infinite Learning Press content.

Uploading materials to public websites, online classrooms, or databases.

Using content for commercial resale or redistribution.

Altering, modifying, or translating materials for derivative works.

Trademarks & Branding

The name Infinite Learning Press™, associated logos, and design marks are trademarks of Infinite Learning Press. Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited.
Schools and partners may display the Infinite Learning Press logo only in approved sponsorship, partnership, or purchasing contexts with written permission.

Future Use Notice

As our catalog expands to include digital curriculum, online courses, and downloadable resources, these rights and permissions will extend to all interactive and digital formats.
