Refund Policy

At Infinite Learning Press, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and service excellence. Our goal is to ensure every school, sponsor, and partner receives the full value of their purchase or sponsorship while maintaining compliance with education procurement standards.
1. General Policy
All purchases, sponsorships, and digital curriculum deliveries are considered final once processed. Because sponsorships and orders directly fund the immediate creation or digital release of educational materials, refunds are generally not available after fulfillment begins.
However, we understand that unique situations may occur. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and compliance with our fulfillment policy.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate payments or transactions caused by system or user error.
Technical errors that result in non-delivery of digital curriculum files.
District cancellations made prior to digital delivery or shipment of print materials.
Administrative errors where the wrong school or district was selected during sponsorship.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Ineligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
Completed sponsorships where curriculum has already been delivered or assigned.
Downloaded or accessed digital materials.
Printed curriculum materials once production or shipment has begun.
4. Sponsorship Adjustments
If a selected school or district declines participation after funds are received, Infinite Learning Press will:
Reassign the sponsorship to another eligible school in the same district or state, or
Hold the funds for up to 60 days while contacting the sponsor to select a new school.
Sponsors may not request monetary refunds for declined school participation once materials are allocated.
5. Digital Curriculum Delivery
Because digital files are provided instantly or via secure download link upon payment confirmation, all digital curriculum orders are non-refundable once accessed.
If you experience issues downloading or opening your files, please contact support@infinitelearningpress.org, and our team will assist promptly.
6. Print Orders
Print materials may be refunded or replaced if:
They arrive damaged or incomplete.
There was an error in order quantity or school delivery.
Replacement requests must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
7. Contact for Refund Requests
All refund or adjustment requests must be submitted in writing to:

Include your order number, school name, and the reason for your request.
We respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days and work to resolve issues swiftly and professionally.
